Ciber-Fabbrica's mission is irrevocable: the creation and dissemination of efficient and accessible tools that have a positive and tangible impact on the human condition.
To realize a mission of this magnitude, we cannot rely on the recruitment tools that have generated the current technological and industrial paralysis. The traditional Human Resources (HR) system is the triumph of symbolic inefficiency: it filters individuals based on pieces of paper, academic titles, age, and pre-packaged paths. It is a system that seeks reassurance, not intelligence. It is a system that mistakes erudition for capability and obedience to conventions for genius.
We reject this paradigm. Intelligence, as we have demonstrated in our theoretical foundations, is not the accumulation of symbols. It is optimized action against a limit. This is why "Hiring now" was born, not just a simple recruitment channel, but a true ecosystem for the emergence of talent.
Human Centered Industrial Pipeline
Our operational compass
We put the human back at the center of the industrial process not as a cog to be exploited, but as the conductor of unprecedented executive power. And to find these conductors, we have redesigned the concept of hiring itself, dividing it into two operational phases.
Phase 1: The Arena of Thought (The Hiring Blog)
The first step to enter Ciber-Fabbrica is not to send a Curriculum Vitae. The first step is to think out loud.
Inside "Hiring now" you will find our hiring blog: a space where we will regularly publish articles, logical challenges, engineering visions, and radical theses. What we ask of you is to step into the arena and discuss them. We want to read how you dismantle a problem, how you reassemble a concept, how you react to a complex structure.
This is our screening. There are no algorithms scanning the keywords of your educational qualifications. Our metrics exclusively evaluate the structural brilliance of your reasoning.
And here we reiterate a fundamental concept in an absolute way: in Ciber-Fabbrica, no one is in a minority. It's not a political slogan, it's a logical and engineering necessity. Chronological age, educational qualifications (or their absence), political ideas, gender identity, social background, or religious faith are total "background noise" for us. Physics looks at no one's face, and neither do we. If your reasoning is solid, if your ability to see the structure behind the chaos is sharp, you are the perfect candidates. Exclusion based on human bias is simply inefficient, and we despise inefficiency. In this first phase, we only ask you to show us your intelligence in an open field.
Phase 2: Impact with the Limit (The Real Project)
If the blog arena shows us your conceptual brilliance, the second step will show us your executive intelligence. Candidates who distinguish themselves for their vision will be invited to take a step up: we will ask you to express an idea, a need, or a project of yours, and to physically develop it together with Ciber-Fabbrica.
Why do we do it? Because, as we always say, abstract intelligence is not enough. Humans like to speculate in a vacuum, but true intelligence is measured only when it hits the constraints of reality. We want to see how you behave in front of the limits of a real project.
We want to test your ability to maintain control. Modern automation and Ciber-Fabbrica tools provide brutal executive power. The risk of losing track and being overwhelmed by the machine is very high. By putting you in charge of a project designed by you, we will evaluate your lucidity in taming this power, keeping the human firmly at the center of the industrial pipeline.
The Masterclass and the "Win-Win" Pact
This second phase is not a banal unpaid trial period or exploitation of ideas. It is a true Masterclass on Meta-Orchestration.
Everything will happen under our technical supervision. We will teach you how to use our principles, to master Ciber-Fabbrica tools, and to structure efficiency. We will provide you with the keys to our machine room to give shape to your vision.
And here comes the heart of our creative approach to Human Resources: the project you develop in this phase remains yours.
It is an absolute win-win pact. If at the end of this journey we decide that our destinies cross, and you agree to work permanently with us, we will have gained a brilliant mind trained in the field. But if that were not the case — if we decide that paths diverge, or if you choose not to stay — we will still be happy to have helped you develop something of your own. You will take your project, born and forged with our technology, and we will wish you good luck.
We will have still achieved our primary purpose: to spread efficient tools and generate a positive impact. If you don't do it from inside Ciber-Fabbrica, you will do it in the world, taking our method with you.
We are not looking for employees to fit into a box. We are looking for architects of the limit. If you think you are one, the arena is open.
